Hi, my name is Aastha! Welcome to my world of words. I write about a wide range of topics, but most of my essays have one or more of these scents - books, education, human creativity, progress and optimism.

You can learn more about me on my website: aasthajain.me

Another side of me geeks out on health, longevity science, and the biology of aging. If you’re interested in these topics, check out my newsletter and podcast called Live Longer World. I curate practical longevity tips and have interviewed scientists like Michael Levin on regenerative medicine and Dominic D’Agostino on ketogenic diets.

I’ve also written a short memoir How to Live Your Life: Lessons from my Dear Papa. It’s a collection of stories of my relationship with my father growing up in India, and timeless lessons I learned from him. I lost my father at the age of 17 and wrote this book to serve as a tribute to all father-daughter, and really any parent-child relationship.
